Community Organizations

Look for community partners to spread the message of gun violence prevention. Join the events of others so you can extend your reach both at the event and by asking to speak to their members about the need for gun safety.

You Can:

• Speak at their events
• Have them speak at yours
• Share programs
• Share fundraisers
• Publicize each other’s events

Examples of community groups are senior centers, suicide prevention groups, League of Women Voters, PTAs, domestic abuse prevention groups, places of worship, youth groups, and business groups such as Rotary clubs etc.
